Those closest to Jesus felt no hesitation in offering Him free advice.
The crowd numbered in the thousands. They were hungry. There was no food. As far as the disciples of Jesus were concerned it was prime time to send them all home so they could feed themselves.
Instead, Jesus told them THEY should feed the thousands. "But, we've got nothing to feed them with and going to town to get food is too far."
Jesus responded, "Give me whatcha got." Two fish and five small loaves of bread. That was all it took.
The coins you see above total $3.80. They were given to me by a 10 year old boy yesterday after he heard that Rania needed heart surgery in India. And, she needed it right away.
