An improving Catherine

The last two posts have been a bit graphic given the nature of the adventure we have experienced this week.  The doctor told us again this morning that this woman ... whose name is Catherine ... does not know how close to death's door she was.  Had we not stopped to see her on Wednesday, and taken the steps we did, I'm sure she would be dead today.

We went to visit Catherine again at the "hospital" this morning.  She had been given a sponge bath by Sera and Daniel.  They discovered some open wounds on her back ... what we would call bedsores from lying on the ground on a dirty sack for days ... but she has improved so much.  See for yourself.
